Ambulance Service

We are glad to inform you that we have entered into a tie up arrangement with Babban Ambulance Provider for our samaj bandhavas staying in Borivali, Kandivali and Dahisar areas. He has agreed to provide Ambulance at reasonable rates for carrying patients to hospital or to residence. In addition he has also agreed to provide full funeral package in case of death. We are satisfied with the services provided by them during the last 6 months and now decided to have a tie up for the benefit of all samaj bandhavas. We request you to share your feedback and suggestions if any for further improvement. The Charges/details and conditions are attached herewith :

Tariff and Charges
Only Ambulance service

• One way  Rs 1200/ (Residence to hospital or vice versa) ( In case of death )
• Hospital to Residence and Residence to Crematorium Rs 2400/
( Normal waiting time upto one hour at Residence after body is brought . Otherwise additional waiting charges will apply)

Funeral services with Ambulance

• Residence to Crematorium –  Rs 5000/-
       

All normal items for funeral like bamboo, sheni, cloth, matki, 5 garlands, 1 kg ghee,abir,gulal, rose water, ganga jal etc. Two persons will prepare the stretcher and carry in the Ambulance to the crematorium.

• Hospital to Residence and then to the crematorium with all funeral items stated above….Rs 6000/-

*Any extra items will be at extra charges.
*Extra waiting time chargeable..
*He also provides electric ” Dead body freezer box “@Rs3500/ for 24 hours, if we need to preserve the body till arrival of relatives from abroad.

The Managing Committee may alter the terms if necessary and it reserves all rights to drive this scheme.
